HOW WE STARTED

A Graduate “Rocket Scientist” at a major Aerospace Company was frustrated with the lack of HR & Development being offered, so he transferred to their Personnel & Training Department to provide fellow graduates with more focus.  As his career progressed to look after Resourcing & Talent, he was again frustrated – this time with many of the external recruitment agencies & providers used.  So he joined one of the Consultancies to provide better advice and assistance to Companies.  He then established an independent Search & Selection Consultancy - Endeavour - born with the vision to provide the Best Service possible by acting as true Ambassadors and Advocates for our Clients.
